How many Language Options ?

IVR system has option for three languages.

a) (16 Digit ConsumerID)(space)UID(Last 4 Digit of Aadhaar)

1. English

2. Hindi

3. Local

You can choose your option by pressing 1, 2 or subsequent number as per choice of your preferred local language.

How the system Identifies you as Customer ?

If your phone number is updated with Indane distributor, system will announce the 16 digit LPG ID and on confirmation, press 1 for Refill Booking. Once option for refill booking is pressed, refill booking will be taken and booking reference number will be announced and confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile number.

If your phone number is not updated, then after selecting the language option , System will ask the Customer to enter the 16 digit LPG ID starting with 7. Please note that this 16-digit consumer ID is mentioned on the customer’s Indane LPG invoices / cash memos / subscription voucher. After entering 16 digit LPG ID, you will have to authenticate by entering either last four digits of Subscription Number provided by Indane distributor or last 4 digits of Aadhaar number which is available with your Indane distributor. Once confirmed, your phone number gets registered and you shall be able to proceed for refill booking.

How to book Refill ?

After 16 digit LPG ID is confirmed, then the system will ask for the option of refill booking and for other services. Pl note the option is Press 1 for Refill booking. Once option for refill booking is pressed, refill booking will be taken and booking reference number will be announced and confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile number.
